2021 Executive Board Application

Dear Applicant,

Thank you so much for your interest in being a member of the 2021 Executive Board Team. The members of the Executive Board serve such an important and rewarding role in our Panhellenic community here on the University of California, Irvine campus. With that being said, we look forward to strengthening and improving our community through the selection of  a new Executive Board for the upcoming quarters.

Please understand that this is a YEARLONG COMMITMENT that starts in Winter Quarter 2021 and concludes in Fall Quarter 2021. We are looking for responsible and organized women that are able to dedicate their time to making our panhellenic community the best that it can be. As a member on the Executive Board, some basic requirements include being available on Mondays from 1-2 pm for Delegate meetings as well as attending Executive Board meetings which will be designated once the new team is elected. Additionally, Executive Board members must disaffiliate during the Fall Quarter Formal Recruitment time period. For more detailed requirements, please feel free to reach out to anyone on the current Panhellenic Executive Board.

In regards to positions and their individual duties, you may also reach out to the current Panhellenic Executive Board or find general outlines for each position in the Panhellenic Bylaws under Article VI and Article VIII. Please also note that the Nominating Committee will slate the 8 elected Executive Board Officers for a Panhellenic vote and appoints the 4 Assistant Executive Board Officers.

Remember that although each Executive Board member may have their own personal duties, you will be working as a united team to bring our community together through various events such as sisterhood, recruitment, and philanthropic events. A Panhellenic Executive Position requires tremendous dedication and is one of the most rewarding leadership opportunities on campus. By applying for a position, you are demonstrating your willingness to assume a very influential position that comes with a lot of responsibility. Thank you for your interest and good luck!
